I guess I am not over my last post.
1. I forgot to mention my family has not mentioned any weight loss.
2. One of my co-grammas actually sent me a message this morning comparing a photo of us at a kindergarten graduation last year and a fifth grade graduation yesterday and said "look how much thinner you look lady!"
Okay. I feel better now.
Hooray! It's nice to have it noticed!
ReplyDeleteI am so happy that you feel better now, dear friend! I am glad that you took the opportunity to get the frustration off your chest in your last post! Sometimes does talking about things and sharing our thoughts can help.
ReplyDeleteNice that someone noticed!
ReplyDeleteGlad someone saw and commented on you weight loss. Sometimes I think family and friends who see us every day, just don't really SEE us.
ReplyDeleteYou are funny but I am genuinely happy for you MIss M. :^)
ReplyDeleteI think people notice... but don't always say something. But I'm glad you feel better now.
ReplyDeleteSweet! I am happy for you!
ReplyDeleteHurrah for sharp eyes. Even if others don't comment you know and you feel better.
ReplyDeleteI say three cheers on the weight. It is so darned hard to lose anything and just when you do, some occasion happens and all bets are off. I say well done!
ReplyDeleteSometimes we don't notice when other people do, so it's good when they remind us of what we can't seem to 'see'.
ReplyDeleteThat's definitely a good bit of news...the comment is communication about what others probably also noticed, but their failure was in not saying what you needed to hear.
ReplyDeleteIn our family we do NOT mention weight gain of loss... that's a private matter!!
ReplyDeleteGood for your co-gramma! I'm so glad she noticed. Women are better at that.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
Kay of Musings: Yay! It’s always nice when people notice your efforts. I’m trying to do the opposite. I need to gain weight. My cousin even texted me that I am looking much too unhealthily thin. And now that I’m into my 3rd week of being ill… I’m struggling with trying to maintain what I have.
