Me, 1961.  Age 4 1/2.

Peeking behind me, my gramma. I think she may have sewn my dress.

    1. Remember those photo contests of America that Kodak used to have? I think this one would've won for sure. PS. I was born in October 1961, so now I know what you looked like when I came into the world. :^)

  6. Love pigtails. My youngest granddaughter is now 13... and has left pigtails and ponytails behind... so sad.

  13. You look so cute in that photo. Do you know, one of the things my parents didn't do was keep photos of me as a child. I have none, and when I say none, I mean not even one! It pains me a lot that I can only carry memories from what I can remember. My child will have so many documented memories of themselves to look at as grown adults; I will make sure of that.

  14. You look happy in your dress.

You are so lucky to have a grandmother. Three of my grandparents died before I was born and one shortly afterward.
